How group buying works

Every group runs the same published process, and each stage is recorded on the group's activity timeline.

1. 01

   Join

   Members select an open research group buy and commit their desired quantity.

2. 02

   Reach the goal

   Member quantities are combined until the manufacturer's minimum quantity is reached.

3. 03

   Order

   Once the group closes, the pooled order proceeds according to the published group-buy terms.

4. 04

   Test

   When independent testing is required, the batch moves through the published testing process and documentation is attached to the batch record.

5. 05

   Fulfill

   After applicable requirements are completed, participating members receive fulfillment updates.
